A quiet, unguarded stretch of coastline, Easington Beach feels like one of those places the North East keeps almost to itself. This image captures the raw, elemental character of the Durham coast – a place shaped as much by wind and tide as by time. The shoreline rolls out in muted tones of sand, stone and sea, with the North Sea stretching into a soft, shifting horizon that changes by the minute.
